Witherite family members have been residents of the Boalsburg area for many years. They have owned and managed rental properties since the 1970s. In 2009, J. Allen Witherite II incorporated his properties into Witherite Property Management, Inc. In addition to his own properties, WPM also manages his parents’ many properties in the Happy Valley area. We have our own team of maintenance techs who promptly maintain the families’ properties. The Witherites currently own and operate upwards of 100 units. The rental units are located throughout Happy Valley in Boalsburg, State College, Bellefonte, Pleasant Gap, as well as various other locations.
